To place your order with Parts4pcs, select the required items and add them to your shopping cart. If the product you require is not listed on our website, please contact our sales team to obtain a quote and complete your order. sales@parts4pcs.com.au

Check Out
Once you have added all required items to your shopping cart, click the “check out” button to start the check out process.

Shipping
Enter delivery details and any special instructions/requests. Shipping costs and order total will be advised by a sales member from parts4pcs once your order is received. Stock and any ETA for back order items will be advised with the sales member.

Confirmation
You will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order and delivery instructions. Please confirm that all details are correct. In any event where errors exist, please notify sales@parts4pcs.com.au as a matter of urgency. Note: This confirmation email is only to be used for record purposes and is not confirmation that we have processed your order. A sales member from parts4pcs will be in touch to confirm your order personally, advise on stock levels, shipping, and final total inclusive of any surcharges.

Payment
When you receive the order total, please pay via one of our preferred methods. Once your payment has been received and cleared into our bank account, you will be notified of shipment of goods.

If you wish to pay via credit (Visa or Mastercard) our sales team will contact you for card details. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number reachable during business hours. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing and shipping of your order.

Your order status and account history may be viewed when you log into your user account.
