Special orders are placed on a non-return basis.

Where applicable, goods will be sold on a non-return basis as specified from suppliers. Due to the nature of the industry, we will pass such order/sale restrictions to the buyer and will advise on such conditions before processing any orders.

Cancellation to orders will be required before final processing. In the event where buyer wishes to cancel order following supplier processing, restocking fees may be incurred.
