Parts4pcs offers a number of shipping options, depending on the size, weight, and urgency of your order, we strive to offer the quickest and most cost effective solution to accommodate your requirements and budget.

Unlike some other online based resellers – we DO NOT charge extra for drop shipping. Our rates are quoted based on those provided by our suppliers, or our freight forwarding agents calculators.

(This is to be used as a guide only. Insurance cover and tracking is not included in the cost calculator).

We also use the Couriers Please Service for shipping to most Metro Areas, along with some larger regional locations.

During the order confirmation process, our sales staff we will confirm charges based on weight, size, location and urgency. This is prior to any funds being requested.

General shipping charges (guide only):
Local Sydney Metro: This is offered to locals of Greater Sydney. Generally rates vary from $7.50 - $15.00 *
Express Interstate: For urgent orders we offer Express Shipping. This is generally $20.00 - $35.00 *
Standard Interstate: Our default shipping method for interstate orders. Charges are generally around $15.00 - $35.00 *
Customer Courier Pick Up: We will prepare goods for collection by your courier agent. Goods are boxed and ready for collection, at which time we will advise therefore allowing you to book your own courier to collect your order. A small fee of $5.00 may be charged on orders below the value of $250.00 to cover the cost of correct picking and packing by our warehouse to ensure safety of your order while in the hands of couriers.*
Customer Personal Pick Up: We also offer a simple collection service for customer wishing to visit our Sydney warehouse. Some special order items however may require a surcharge where urgency is needed for goods to be shipped from interstate suppliers.*
Sydney based customers: We offer two additional options for our fellow Sydney Siders. You may wish to take offer of our local internal delivery service. Typical this service will offer a next day delivery option at a reduced rate. We also offer pick up from our City Based Warehouse. – Please advise our sales team if you with to take opportunity of either option.

Payment is required in advance and funds to be cleared prior to the release of goods.
We will advise via email and/or phone once goods have been invoiced and are ready for your collection.

International Shipping: While Parts4pcs does not offer international shipping directly via our website - our parent company MB Information Technology Solutions can assist with all off shore enquiries.

International order will be shipped with UPS International and charged in AUD by default.

* Shipping rates/fees vary from order to order. Depending on size, weight and urgency of your order – rates will be provided during confirmation and processing of your order with our staff.
