As per Department of Fair Trading guidelines, we follow the below rules.
(Unless otherwise given in writing the following will be applicable to all sales)
All products are covered by Manufacturers Warranties. Contact vendors directly for all warranty matters, warranty periods, and procedures. Parts4pcs.com.au does not conduct any warranty activity on behalf of its vendors, and does not act as a service/warranty agent unless otherwise stated.
All products sold are 100% genuine Australian stock and sourced from local suppliers, vendors, and distributors. We do not sell, “Grey Imported” products, which would otherwise not be covered by local warranties, as many other “low priced” web based sites might.
If after verification by our sales team, a purchased item is believed to be faulty or incorrectly described following direct contact with us, please notify custservice@parts4pcs.com.au.
If an item is delivered damaged in transit, please contact custservice@parts4pcs.com.au within 48hrs from receiving goods.
DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXED GOODS.
Once goods have been signed for, we may not be able to aid in recovering costs or replace goods in such case.
We don’t refund for incorrectly ordered products, customer change of mind, or if you make the wrong decision. Any items returned due to damage in transit, or DOA/fault, must be issued with a return authority (RA) prior to being returned. RA process will be advised and RA number will be issued once the fault has been established. Please contact techsupport@parts4pcs.com.au for all faults and tech support related matters.
We are unable to accept DOA/RA faulty goods without all packaging materials, as goods need to be returned in original sale condition. Buyers will be responsible for shipping changes when returning goods.
Make sure you retain your invoice and all related packaging.
All items returned which are found not to be faulty will be returned to buyers at their own cost. Buyer will be advised of situation and issued with invoice for goods to be returned. Once payment received, goods will be shipped.
In any event where items are returned and a restocking fee is issued by supplier, cost will be passed on to buyers.
